本文根据插齿刀齿形角修正的实质.分析了目前广泛采用的将插齿刀简化成齿条刀的齿形角计算方法,指出这种方法用于直齿插齿刀在理论上是正确的。而用于斜齿插齿刀则没有充分的理论根据。计算结果是近似的.文中提出了不经过简化直接对斜齿插齿刀形角进行计算的新方法。公式推导简单。计算结果精确。计算公式还表明,斜齿插齿刀的齿形角不同于直齿插齿刀。它不仅与刀具的齿数有关。而且与变位系数有关,为提高计算质量提供了理论根据。
In this paper, based on the essence of tooth shaper angle modification, this paper analyzes the tooth angle calculation method that is widely used to simplify shaper cutter into rack shank cutter, and points out that this method is correct in theory of. For helical gear shaper there is no sufficient theoretical basis. The calculation results are approximate.The paper proposes a new method to calculate the tool shank angle directly without simplification. Formula derivation is simple. The calculation result is accurate. The formula also shows that the helical gear shaper cutter tooth angle is different from the straight shaper cutter. It is not only related to the number of teeth of the tool. But also with the coefficient of variation, to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of calculation.
