随着焊接技术的飞速发展,社会对焊接技术技能型人才的需求量大大增加,但中职院校培养的学生却不能很好的满足企业的要求。企业需求的人才类型多种多样,不同的岗位需要不同的岗位精英,而中职院校如何培养出与企业需求相结合的人才,成为了一个急需解决的难题。但归根结底就是如何让学生更好地掌握专业知识,更加熟练地掌握专业技能。这个过程中,教师的指导作用毋庸置疑。我认为任务驱动教学法,在中职院校焊接技术专业的很多课程内容教学方面都会有很好的效果。
With the rapid development of welding technology, the demand for welding skilled personnel in society has greatly increased, but the students trained by vocational colleges can not meet the requirements of enterprises well. The types of talents required by the enterprise are diverse. Different positions require different elites. How vocational colleges cultivate talents in combination with the needs of enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved. But in the final analysis is how to make students better grasp of professional knowledge, more proficiency in professional skills. In this process, the guiding role of teachers is beyond doubt. I think that task-driven pedagogy will have a very good effect in teaching many aspects of welding technology in secondary vocational schools.
