通过水分亏缺对棉花综合性状影响的试验研究,为植棉区在选用品种、优化栽培技术等方面提供借鉴。 一、材料和方法 1、供试品种(系):9456D、新陆早12号、新陆早13号、81—3、B45。 2、试验设计:(1)水分亏缺,为适量灌溉的80%,由灌水时间控制。(2)适量灌水两个处理,通过灌水量调节。水分亏缺处理为第2~6水前,植株表征为:叶色深,灰暗,顶尖低于最上部叶片,晴天中午萎蔫。适量灌水指植株生长正常,每次灌水前,叶色深绿,叶片较厚,顶心色绿绒毛多,中午叶片稍软,但无萎蔫现象,有需水前兆。
Through the experimental research on the effect of water deficit on the comprehensive characters of cotton, this paper provides references for selecting varieties and optimizing cultivation techniques in cotton planting area.
