一、引言 由于内燃机质量的不断提高,因而也相应的提高了对内燃机零部件的质量要求,尤其是活塞销的尺寸稳定性。以前对这个问题没有充分的认识,随着当前要求采用国际标准,努力提高机械产品的质量,加上有些内燃机配件用户,尤其是主机厂对活塞销的尺寸稳定性反应强烈。同时在新修订的活塞销国家标准中也已提出了尺寸稳定性问题。为此必须摸清活塞销尺寸胀大原因,并找出解决尺寸胀大的有效、可行的方法。 二、试验方案的确定 到目前为止,我国还没有活塞销尺寸稳定性标准及统一的测量方法。为做好这次试验,参照了西德标准DIN73126第一部分中有关活塞销尺寸稳定性标准及测量办法的规定。具体规定见表1。

INTRODUCTION Due to the continuous improvement of the quality of the internal combustion engine, the quality requirements of internal combustion engine parts and components have also been correspondingly raised, especially the dimensional stability of the piston pin.
