近年来,由于对喘息的发病机理有了新的认识,平喘药的研究亦从单纯着眼于支气管扩张作用,发展到多作用环节研究。新型的平喘药已不断出现。现综述于下。 (一)拟肾上腺素药多数具有松弛支气平管滑肌的作用。支气管平滑肌的张力是受肌细胞内环磷腺甙与环磷鸟甙的比值(CAMP/CGMP)调节的。本类药物能兴奋β肾上腺素受体,从而激活支气管平滑肌细胞、肥大细胞和嗜碱细胞等细胞,膜上腺甙酸环化酶,后者又催化细胞内CAMP的合成。CAMP水平提高对支气管平滑肌有稳定膜电位、扩张支气管的作用。CAMP还对肥大细胞等的胞膜有稳定作用,可抑制组胺、慢反应物质当过敏
