欲穷千里目,更上一层楼——关于贵州省幼儿园适应性发展课程建设的思考

学前教育是国家确立的基本教育制度之一,是现代国民教育体系的重要组成部分,是学校教育和终身教育的奠基阶段。发展学前教育对促进儿童身心健康发展,巩固“两基”成果、提高教育质量,构筑终身教育体系,具有基础性和先导性的作用,对促进地方经济文化和社会的发展具有重要意义。幼儿园课程是学前教育发展的核心,关系着幼儿园教育质量,因此,选择合适的幼儿园课程就显得尤为重要,在总结“十一五”幼儿教育工作,规划“十二五”幼儿教育发展之际,贵阳幼儿师范学校向贵州省教育厅提出申请开展“贵州省幼儿园课程建设项目”。该项目为区域性学前教育综合性实验研究项目,以儿童发展为中心,以课程建设为切入点,是一个将课程建设与区域学前教育发展相协调的实验研究项目。该项目实施以来,采用行动研究的方法,努力构建基于儿童发展本位和贵州区域特色的幼儿园课程体系,构建了共同性活动与选择性活动相整合的内容体系,制定了幼儿园课程实验方案,编写了幼儿园课程实施指南,研发了课程实施教师指导用书和系列化幼儿学习资源,培训幼儿园教师4000多人次,推动了贵州省幼儿教育观念的转变,促进了课程实验指导教师和实验幼儿园一线教师的专业成长,提升了实验幼儿园的课程管理水平和教师的儿童活动指导能力,有效地推动了贵州省幼儿教育事业的发展。《贵州教育》将在今年的第1、2期上刊载该项目的部分作品,以飨广大读者。 Pre-school education is one of the basic education systems established by the state, an important part of the modern national education system, and the founding stage of school education and lifelong education. The project is a comprehensive experimental research project of regional pre-school education, with children’s development as the center and curriculum construction as the starting point. It is an experimental research project that coordinates curriculum development with the development of preschool education in the region. Since the implementation of this project, a method of action research has been adopted to establish a kindergarten curriculum system based on the development of children and the regional characteristics of Guizhou. A content system integrating common activities and selective activities has been established.
