原中国文联委员、中国美协理事、吉林省美协主席、吉林艺术学院教授,已故著名国画家、美术教育家王庆淮先生一生致力于关东山水画的创作与研究,特别是在二十世纪五十年代至七十年代,他踏遍了关东大地,从山海关到兴安岭,从松花江到长白山,对关东的山山水水,入情地体察写生,发掘了关东山水特有之美,创作出大量的反映关东风土人情的现实主义优秀作品,其中《松花江上烟雨》、《雪后 Former member of China Federation of Literature and Art, director of China Artists Association, chairman of Jilin Academy of Fine Arts and professor of Jilin Art Institute, the late renowned Chinese painter and art educator Mr. Wang Qinghuai devoted his life to the creation and research of landscape paintings in the Kanto region, especially in the twentieth century.
