制作瓷修复体的改进之一,是工业预成瓷材料可以通过机械加工成形。Celay系统是1992年由瑞士Mikrona公司推出的制作嵌体、贴面等修复体的高精度复制加工系统。其机械加工原理如同配钥匙一样。先制作修复体的树脂雏型,然后,将雏型用手工扫描把它的外形记录并同步传到加工系统,对预成工业瓷块进行同步研磨。因此,通过Celay系统和In-Ceram技术的结合,可以用来复制加工玻璃渗透铝核修复体。冠的基底结构可以用工业烧结成的瓷块进行复制加工,然后用In-Ceram方法进行玻璃渗透和饰面。
One of the improvements in making porcelain restoration is that the pre-formed porcelain material can be formed by machining. The Celay system was developed in 1992 by the Mikrona company in Switzerland for the production of inlays, veneers and other restoration of high-precision replication system. Its machining principle is the same as with the key. First make the resin prototype of the prosthesis, and then, the prototype by hand to scan the shape record and synchronize to the processing system, the pre-industrial ceramic blocks for simultaneous grinding.
