Cultivating students ’good learning ability, learning literacy and learning quality are the most fundamental tasks under the current goal of quality education and the subject teaching activities. It is also the basic embodiment of teachers’ implementation of the new curriculum reform requirements. The author analyzes the content of college entrance examination policy in recent years and finds that the content of the current college entrance examination policy has more characteristics of the times and places more emphasis on the examination of senior high school students’ learning skills, learning literacy and learning qualities.
