目的:探讨WWOX、Bcl-2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达、与临床病理特征的关系及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测58例非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织及20例相应癌旁正常肺组织中WWOX、Bcl-2的表达。结果:WWOX蛋白阳性表达率在NSCLC组织中明显低于癌旁正常肺组织;Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率在NSCLC组织中明显高于癌旁正常肺组织;WWOX的低表达与NSCLC的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);Bcl-2的高表达与NSCLC的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);WWOX、Bcl-2在NSCLC组织的表达存在负相关(P<0.01),相关系数rs=-0.309。结论:WWOX的低表达、Bcl-2的高表达与NSCLC的发生、发展有关。二者在NSCLC的发生发展中可能起着拮抗作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of WWOX and Bcl-2 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinicopathological features and clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of WWOX and Bcl-2 in 58 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and 20 corresponding normal lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive expression rate of WWOX protein in NSCLC tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal lung tissues. The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 protein in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal lung tissues. The WWOX expression was correlated with the clinical stage, (P <0.05). The high expression of Bcl-2 was correlated with the clinical stage, differentiation and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of WWOX and Bcl-2 in NSCLC P <0.01), the correlation coefficient rs = -0.309. Conclusion: The low expression of WWOX and the high expression of Bcl-2 are associated with the occurrence and development of NSCLC. Both of them may play an antagonistic role in the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
