广东省佛山市禅城区人民法院近日宣判一起为索取债务非法拘禁他人案件,并以非法拘禁罪判处被告人岑浩添、潘军、范卫华、龚小林、程添智、李桥6人各有期徒刑8个月。早在2003年,冯发来向岑浩添借款30万元未还被告上法庭。2004年11月,法院判决冯发来及其妻子石燕萍向岑浩添偿还借款上述本金及利息。2005年4月,双方达成执行和解协议,约定由冯发来、石燕萍每月偿还150元给岑浩添,直至清偿完毕为止。
