为了提高电力机车质量,大力发展电力牵引,国家经委、国家科委会同铁道部、机械工业部、电力工业部于1983年5月9日至12日在株洲电力机车工厂召开了韶山型电力机车电器材元器件质量保证定点创优会议。参加会议的有六十三个工厂和研究所的领导干部、技术及管理人员代表共112人。会议传达了国家经委“关于在工业生产中加快发展品种提高质量步伐的规定”的精神,代表们一致认为团结协作,保证质量,产品创优是当前工业企业面临的一项迫切而艰巨的工作,会议还回顾了我国于1958年试制第一台电力机车至今已经生产了电力机车
In order to improve the quality of electric locomotives and develop electric traction, the State Economic Commission, the State Science and Technology Commission, the Ministry of Railways, the Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Ministry of Electric Power Industry convened the Shaoshan Electric Locomotive Electricity at Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Factory from May 9 to May 12, Equipment components quality assurance sentinel excellence meeting.
