报道了不同剂量苯吸入染毒27周对雌性BALB/C小鼠诱发白血病的作用,400mg/m3、40mg/m3苯染毒组各发生2例白血病。病理学和血液学检查结果证实:白血病小鼠均消瘦、巨脾;白细胞计数极高;骨髓部分或全部由单一造血细胞成分取代,脾的正常结构被破坏并由单一细胞取代;其他器官单一性细胞浸润并无炎症反应,符合白血病的诊断。表明苯对BALB/C小鼠是一强烈的致癌物,BALB/C小鼠是苯致白血病模型的敏感动物之一。
Reported that different doses of benzene inhalation of 27 weeks of exposure to female BALB / C mice induced leukemia, 400mg / m3, 40mg / m3 benzene poisoning group occurred in 2 cases of leukemia. The results of pathology and hematology showed that leukemia mice were lean and spleen, with extremely high white blood cell count. Some or all of the bone marrow was replaced by a single hematopoietic component. The normal structure of the spleen was destroyed and replaced by a single cell. Infiltration of cells without inflammatory reaction, in line with the diagnosis of leukemia. This indicates that benzene is a strong carcinogen in BALB / C mice and BALB / C mice are one of the sensitive animals in the model of benzene induced leukemia.
