针对世界各地频发较强地震或洪水事件的实际情况,美国加利福尼亚州洛杉矶公共建设局最近完成了一项关键性基础工程的更新,即对该州大图洪加坝进行了修复加固工作,使其满足抗震和水力学的标准,以免因地震和洪水而发生溃坝,从而确保大坝未来的安全。结果表明,该工程被视为2011年度修复加固工程的典范,可为类似抗震防洪研究提供借鉴。
In response to the actual situation of frequent earthquakes or floods in various parts of the world, the Los Angeles Public Works Bureau of California, USA recently completed an update of its key infrastructure project to repair and reinforce Hongda Dam It meets the standards of seismic and hydraulics to prevent damming due to earthquakes and floods, thus ensuring the future safety of the dam.
