去年,中共上海市委组织部、市国资办、市财政局以沪委组(1999)661号文联合下发了《关于对本市国有企业经营者实施期股(权)激励的若干意见(试行)的通知》,明确提出在企业经营者的分配方式中引入期股概念,并实施期股激励的试点和探索,加快建立经营者择优录用的竞争上岗机制,以进一步推进现代企业制度建设,在此,笔者拟对“期股激励”的这种分配方式谈点认识。
