目的:探讨3D重建后最佳角度回传在DSA颅内动脉瘤瘤颈显示中的价值。方法:应用INNOVA3100大型数字化血管机,对34例(男20,女14)患者进行DSA采集并3D血管重建,3D重建后最佳角度回传再行DSA采集。结果:常规DSA采集满意8例,不满意18例,无效8例,即有效8例,无效26例。使用旋转DSA采集3D重建后最佳角度回传再行DSA采集,满意31例,无效3例(由于动脉瘤过大,3D重建后无法显示瘤颈)。结论:3D重建后最佳角度回传再行DSA采集可清晰显示颅内动脉瘤瘤颈,较常规DSA采集有明显优势。
Objective: To investigate the value of optimal angle echo after 3D reconstructions in DSA intracranial aneurysm neck imaging. Methods: 34 patients (20 males and 14 females) were enrolled in DSA and reconstructed by 3D reconstruction with INNOVA 3100 large-scale digital vascular machine. Results: Conventional DSA was satisfactory in 8 cases, unsatisfactory in 18 cases and ineffective in 8 cases, ie effective in 8 cases and ineffective in 26 cases. DSA acquisition was performed on the best angle echo after 3D reconstructed using rotational DSA. Satisfactory results were obtained in 31 cases and 3 cases were ineffective (due to the aneurysm being too large, the tumor neck could not be displayed after 3D reconstruction). Conclusion: The best angle of 3D reconstruction after DSA acquisition can clearly show the neck of intracranial aneurysm, which has obvious advantages over conventional DSA acquisition.
