通过热冲压成形试验,研究防撞梁热冲压过程中的温度变化情况。结果表明,防撞梁坯料从炉子转移至模具过程中,出炉时降温速率为25℃/s,成形前降温速率为10℃/s。初始成形淬火1 s内,温度下降剧烈,冷却速度可达到200℃/s以上,成形淬火后5 s内,基本完成马氏体相变,平均淬火速度达到108.5℃/s以上,远远超过马氏体临界淬火速度。
Through the hot stamping forming test, the temperature change during the hot stamping process of the anti-collision beam was studied. The results show that during the transfer from the furnace to the mold, the cooling rate of the bumper beam is 25 ℃ / s and the cooling rate before forming is 10 ℃ / s. Within 1 s after initial forming quenching, the temperature dropped drastically and the cooling rate could reach over 200 ℃ / s. Within 5 s after forming quenching, the martensite transformation was basically completed with the average quenching rate reaching 108.5 ℃ / s, far exceeding that of the horse Critical quenching rate of martensite.
