黑广肩步甲(Calosoma maximoviczi Morawitz)是严重危害柞蚕的捕食性害虫之一.因柞蚕取食而诱导柞树释放的挥发性信息化学物质对黑广肩步甲具有引诱作用,将这类信息化学物质滴加到缓释载体反口式橡胶塞内,制作成对黑广肩步甲具有诱集活性的诱芯.在野外环境条件下,内含967.3μg信息化学物质的反口式橡胶塞诱芯自然释放33 d后,诱芯内信息化学物质的质量减少为153.4μg,平均释放速率为24.7μg/d,其中前6d的释放总量超过50%.同期开展的田间试验表明,载有相同诱芯的陷阱诱捕器有效诱集黑广肩步甲成虫的时间可达28 d,可覆盖黑广肩步甲发生高峰期.研究结果表明,该诱芯采用橡胶塞作为引诱剂的缓释载体,减缓了信息化学物质向环境中释放的速度,可保证诱芯在田间应用时有效监测及大量诱捕黑广肩步甲.“,”Carabid beetle (Calosoma maximoviczi Morawitz) is one of the predatory pests seriously endangering Chinese oak silkworm (Antheraea pernyi).Oak volatile infochemicals induced by feeding of Chinese oak silkworm have attractive effect to the carabid beetles.Such volatile infochemicals were added into rubber septa for preparing lures to attract the carabid beetles.In field condition,the rubber septa with initial content of 967.3 μg infochemicals was reduced to 153.4 μg of infochemicals after 33 d natural release.The average release rate was 24.7 μg/d.Total release during the first six days was over 50%.Simultaneous field test displayed that the effective trapping time of pitfalls loaded with the same infochemicals was 28 d,which could cover the peak occurrence period of carabid beetle adults.These results demonstrate that the infochemical-containing rubber septa could reduce the release rate of infochemicals into environment and ensure the effective monitoring and mass trapping to carabid beetles in the field.
