近些年来,在党中央、国务院的高度重视和积极推动下,政策性农业保险业务特别是种植业保险已经在全国各地区全面起步,保险保费规模和保险覆盖面呈现出快速扩张的态势。但是,需要指出的是,还处于试点阶段的政策性种植业保险还存在很多问题,需要进一步完善。我们可以透过彭山县义和乡的种植业保险案例对现行的政策性种植业保险政策进行观察和初步探讨。
In recent years, with the great attention and active promotion of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, policy-oriented agricultural insurance business, especially crop insurance, has started all over the country in an all-round way. The insurance premium scale and insurance coverage have shown a rapid expansion. However, it should be pointed out that there are still many problems with the policy-oriented crop insurance that is still under the pilot phase and needs to be further improved. Through the case of crop insurance in Yihe Township, Pengshan County, we can observe and discuss the current policy of crop insurance.
