车机联控是以干线为系统,以列车安全为对象,运用无线列调,实行站、车通话制度的一种新的运输组织方式。强化车机联控的“结合部”管理,无疑是对自控、互控在失控状态下的有力措施和补充。哈分局实施车机联控两年来的实践证明,它对于防列车冲突、防冒进、防错办,起到了越来越显著的作用,因而具有强大的生命力。本文作者试图用系统论的观点,阐述运输“结合部”管理与控制的必要性、可行性,从而把这项工作推广开来,以期取得更大、更显著的成效。
