波形分类法是减少CdTe探测器输出信号的噪声成分的经典方法。它的作用过程是:先利用前沿波形的某些信息(如时间信息)对大量的输出波形进行分组,再用每组的平均波形来代替这组的各个实际波形,从而达到减小噪声的目的。本文指出了利用时间信息分组的一些不足,并针对这种不足,提出了利用前沿波形的脉冲幅度信息对信号波形进行分组的波形分类法。
Waveform classification is a classic way to reduce the noise contribution of the CdTe detector output signal. Its role is to: Use some of the information on the leading waveform (such as time information) to group a large number of output waveforms, and then use the average waveform of each group to replace the actual waveform of this group, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing noise . This paper points out some disadvantages of using time information grouping, and in view of this problem, this paper proposes a waveform classification method which uses the pulse amplitude information of the leading waveform to group the signal waveform.
