CSR发展经历了1.0时代——点对点传播时代,参与人数少,以企业发布为主,可持续性不强;2.0时代——SNS网络时代,传播方式带来了多点传播,参与人数逐渐增加;3.0时代——公众参与企业CSR,企业的CSR影响业务表现和绩效。3.0时代企业在做CSR时应该注意什么?有哪些需要创新和改进?为此,我们采访了BSR(商务社会责任国际协会)北京办公室总监贡力、罗德公关企业社会责任副总监郎华。
