在110t粘土砖衬钢包内,对CaSi喷粉处理钢中喷前、喷中、喷后、模内和轧材内的大颗粒(>40μm)氧化物夹杂的行为进行了系统取样分析和研究,调查了其可能的来源。对顶渣可能引起大颗粒夹杂物的情况进行了分析和试验。证实顶渣是可能的来源之一。对顶渣卷混引起大颗粒夹杂物的现象进行了油/水模型试验,发现水流(模拟钢流)速度有重要影响。根据研究结果,提出了避免大颗粒夹杂物的工艺措施。
In the 110t clay brick lined steel ladle, the inclusion behavior of large particles (> 40μm) inclusions in the CaSi dusted steel before, during, after spraying, in the mold and the rolled material was systematically sampled and analyzed. Investigated its possible source. Analysis and testing of the situation where the top slag may cause large particle inclusions. Proofing top slag is one of the possible sources. The oil / water model test was carried out on the phenomenon that the top slag mixed with large particles caused by inclusions and found that water flow (simulated steel flow) has an important influence on the speed. According to the research results, the technical measures to avoid the inclusion of large particles are proposed.
