本文对苯的氨基硝基化合物急慢性中毒导致不同程度的溶血,采用一种较为敏感的——结合珠蛋白[Haptoglobin简称HP]检查方法,现将检测情况报告如下: 材料与方法测定组:长春市某厂,TNT接触者80人,工令2~13年;吉林市某化工厂,间硝基苯胺接触者23人,工令2~15年。对照组:健康献血员和体检合格者147人. 方法:采用凝胶过泸法定出血清HP含量做为标准参考血清与被测血清进行比色. 结果分析我们对TNT厂80人及间硝基苯胺厂23人接触者进行了Hp含量测定,并与147人正常对照组做比较,结果见表2。从表2中可以看出,观测组二厂工人Hp测定
