菜豆枯萎病是系统性侵染的土传病害,一般药剂防治比较困难,我们采用了新的剂型即胶悬剂进行探讨。胶悬剂,在国外是70年代开始研究。它的优点,适合难溶于水和一般有机溶剂的农药品种。近年来,沈阳化工研究院进行了研制,于1979年给我们提供38%多菌灵胶悬剂,对菜豆枯萎病进行了室内、外试验,现小结如下: 一、试验方法 1 室内测定:是采用滤纸抑菌圈法。即把普通培养基(简称PDA),配制成分如下:马铃薯200克,洋菜17克,蔗糖17克,水1000毫升。具体做法:先将洗净去皮的马铃薯切碎成小块,加水1000毫升煮开后再煮半小时,停火。用纱布过滤去掉马铃薯,液体不够1000毫升,加水补足到1000毫升,然后加糖和洋菜。加热使洋菜完全溶化(可用玻棒搅拌)乘热用纱布过滤,然后分装三角瓶内,用15磅的蒸汽高压消毒,时间30分
