信号转录与激活因子3(STAT-3)是人类胚胎期干细胞自我更新的重要基因,介导多种基因的表达。近年来研究发现STAT-3与人类乳腺癌的生物学过程密切相关,STAT-3的表达增高与乳腺癌的侵袭性增强密切相关,而STAT-3的高表达提示乳腺癌患者预后不良、生存时间短。研究STAT-3在乳腺癌生物学过程中的作用将为临床乳腺癌的治疗开辟新途径。本文中作者将STAT-3与乳腺癌关系的最新研究进展作一综述。
Signal Transducer and Activator 3 (STAT-3) is an important gene for self-renewal of human embryonic stem cells and mediates the expression of multiple genes. In recent years, it has been found that STAT-3 is closely related to the biological process of human breast cancer. The increased expression of STAT-3 is closely related to the invasiveness of breast cancer, while the high expression of STAT-3 suggests that the prognosis of breast cancer is poor. short. Studying the role of STAT-3 in the biology of breast cancer will open up new avenues for the treatment of clinical breast cancer. In this review, we review the recent advances in the relationship between STAT-3 and breast cancer.
