随着社会主义市场经济的建立,资源配置、劳动力的组合不断趋于优化,效益经济得到了增强。然而随之也带来了下岗及再就业等问题。成人教育应积极为下岗职工排忧解难,主动担当起下岗再就业的培训任务。1.进一步认识成人教育的重要地位、工作范围和工作特色中央领导多次强调要大力发展成人教育,成教的地位正在发生历史性的转变。成人教育是终身教育,担负着职前、职中和职后的培训任务,而且具有灵活多变和短平快的特点,所以理所应当承担起实施下岗职工再就业的培训任务。我们应端正办学思
