本文通过对我厂大锻件在热处理加热过程中煤气消耗特性及现有热处理炉的能源利用水平的分析,探讨节能的途径。一、大锻件热处理炉的煤气消耗特性大锻件热处理加热工艺比钢锭加热工艺要复杂得多,而且热处理加热时间也很长。一个热处理加热周期往往延续一周以上。大锻件在热处理过程中各个阶段的煤气消耗量,随着材质、重量、材料最大截面、装炉方式及热处理习惯等不同而异。表1与图1、2、3分别列出了上重厂大锻件不同热处理加热工艺。
In this paper, through analyzing the gas consumption characteristics of the large forgings in the heat treatment heating process and the energy utilization level of the existing heat treatment furnaces, the ways of energy saving are discussed.
