将３２只家兔随机分为４组，观察复方血脂清的降血脂作用。结果发现，给予血脂清２组（Ⅰ、Ⅱ组）的血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）和甘油三酯（ＴＧ）水平在１７ｗｋ时非常显著地低于模型组（Ｐ＜０．００１），这２组的高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇／ＴＣ（ＨＤＬ－Ｃｈ／ＴＣ）比值却非常显著地高于模型组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示复方血脂清具有阻止血脂升高和降低高血脂的作用。
Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into four groups to observe the hypolipidemic effect of compound Xuezhuan. The results showed that the levels of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in group 2 and group 2 were significantly lower than those in model group at 17 weeks (P <0.001) The HDL-TC / TC ratio was significantly higher in the model group than in the model group (P <0.001). Prompt compound lipid-lipids have to stop the rise of blood lipids and reduce the role of high cholesterol.
