随着上海教育综合改革工作的推进,高中学生的职业生涯发展问题日益受到人们的关注。本研究调查了819名上海普通高中和重点高中学生的职业决策自我效能感和集体效能感的现状,探讨了职业决策自我效能感与集体效能感之间的关系。调查结果显示,普通高中和重点高中学生的职业决策自我效能感和集体效能感均没有显著差异,且两变量之间呈显著的正相关。但是,进一步的分析显示,在集体效能感对自我效能感的预测上,存在明显的组别差异。普通高中学生的职业决策集体效能感的父母、学校、同伴三个因子可以显著预测其总体职业决策自我效能感,而在重点高中学生中,只有父母因子的贡献显著。根据研究的结果,我们最后讨论了如何在普通高中和重点高中学生中有区别地开展职业生涯教育活动。
With the advancement of the comprehensive education reform in Shanghai, the career development of high school students has drawn increasing attention. This study investigated the current situation of occupational decision-making self-efficacy and collective efficacy in 819 ordinary high schools and key high schools in Shanghai, and explored the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and collective self-efficacy. The survey results show that there is no significant difference between the occupational decision-making self-efficacy and collective efficacy of senior high school and key high school students, and there is a significant positive correlation between the two variables. However, further analysis shows that there is a clear group discrepancy in the collective self-efficacy prediction of collective self-efficacy. Occupational decision-making among ordinary high school students The collective sense of efficacy of parents, school, and companion three factors can significantly predict the overall career decision-making self-efficacy, and only the parents factor in the key high school students contribute significantly. Based on the results of the study, we finally discussed how to differentiate career education activities among ordinary high school and key high school students.
