柴油机附壁卷流燃烧系统是一种新型的直喷式燃烧系统。为了认识该系统燃油喷雾混合机理,利用自行研制的模型试验装置,通过高速摄影等手段获取了足够的试验资料。在此基础上,本文提出了附卷系统燃油喷雾混合的四个阶段和基本特点,揭示出燃油射流在燃烧室纵截面内的空间分布、射流射程和最大速度的变化、燃油射流不同截面上的速度分布和燃油分布均匀性等方面的规律,提出了必要的经验公式,并进行了分析和讨论;对附壁和卷流形成的特点、原因和主要影响因素也做了初步分析。最后运用附卷混合机理对具有附卷系统的单缸机试验结果进行了初步讨论。
Diesel Coanda flow ignition system is a new type of direct injection combustion system. In order to understand the system of fuel spray hybrid mechanism, the use of self-developed model test device, through high-speed photography and other means to obtain sufficient test data. On this basis, this paper presents four phases and basic characteristics of the fuel injection hybrid with the attached coil system, and reveals the spatial distribution, the jet range and the maximum velocity change of the fuel jet in the longitudinal section of the combustion chamber. Speed distribution and uniformity of fuel distribution, the necessary empirical formula is put forward and analyzed and discussed. The characteristics, causes and main influencing factors of the formation of the appendage and the taphole are also analyzed. At last, the test results of the single-cylinder machine with attached-coil system are discussed preliminarily by the method of mixing with coils.
