金融危机爆发以后,以美国为代表的欧美国家纷纷采取反倾销贸易保护主义壁垒阻止中国的产品进入本国市场,一部分研究认为中国出口产品反倾销的形势会越来越严重,而另一部分的研究则认为在金融危机爆发后中国出口产品遭受反倾销贸易壁垒制裁的规模没有扩大。通过近九年反倾销指数RCAD的变化值进行分析比较,研究表明,中国目前商品出口的反倾销形势是趋于好转。
After the outbreak of the financial crisis, the United States and Europe and the United States have adopted anti-dumping trade protectionist barriers to prevent Chinese products from entering the domestic market.
