一、会议概况 ITU-T网络总体研究组(SG13)于2000年2月26日～3月10日在日本京都召开了1997～2000研究期的末期会议。 根据1998年9月TSAG的建议,SG13承担了ITU-T IP相关标准主导研究组的任务。研究内容涉及GII、IP相关标准和电信网络的总体要求,对ITU内各研究组的内容都具有重要的指导意义。SG13的会议历来都受到各国的关注,参加本次会议的有来自25个国家的239名代表,他们分别来自16个主管部门、19个运
I. Overview of the conference The ITU-T Network Research Group (SG13) held the final session of the 1997-2000 research period in Kyoto, Japan from February 26 to March 10, 2000. According to TSAG’s recommendation in September 1998, SG13 assumed the task of leading the ITU-T IP-related standards research group. The research content involves the general requirements of GII, IP-related standards and telecommunication networks, and has important guiding significance for the content of various research groups within ITU. The SG13 conference has always been a concern of all countries, and 239 delegates from 25 countries participated in the conference. They came from 16 administrations and 19 shipments respectively.
