本文针对目前采用12V135等柴油推进机组的小型船舶的机械遥控装置存在驾驶室遥控台手柄操纵力过大,机旁操纵又不便等问题,作者论述了对一些实船改进并经多年使用,证明采用分装在机舱内的“马氏槽盘”机构,变化传动绳索的结构及改变12V135柴油推进机组调速-换向手柄装置的安装部位等等,均可解决上述使用问题。此外,作者认为,上述使用的改进机构同样适用于其他小型高速柴油机推进机组的船舶以及其他有关机组。
In this paper, for the mechanical remote control device of small ships using 12V135 diesel propulsion units, there exist problems such as too much control force of the remote control handle of the cab, and inconvenience of operation and so on. The author discusses the improvement of some real ships and uses them for many years to prove the adoption. The above-mentioned use problems can be solved by disposing the “Markov’s groove disc” mechanism in the engine room, changing the structure of the transmission rope and changing the installation position of the 12V135 diesel propulsion unit speed-changing handle device. In addition, the author believes that the above-mentioned improvements are equally applicable to ships of other small high-speed diesel propulsion units and other related units.
