检测了血浆PC、t-PA、ATⅢ、TxB2及6-K-PGF1α,结果表明大多数AL患者存在高凝状态。PC的减低多见于M5和M2a的高白细胞AL病人;ATⅢ减低多见于ALL病人;M3型多不伴PC和ATⅢ的减低,但有明显的TxA2低下。
Plasma PC, t-PA, ATⅢ, TxB2 and 6-K-PGF1α were detected. The results showed that most AL patients had hypercoagulable state. PC reduction more common in M5 and M2a of high white blood cell AL patients; AT Ⅲ reduction more common in ALL patients; M3 more with less PC and AT Ⅲ reduction, but significant TxA2 low.
