为了进一步研究妊娠期内阴道念珠菌感染的发病率,并且阐明孕期内的念珠菌感染以及克霉唑治疗对于胎儿有无影响,作者对246名孕妇的整个孕期进行了观察。在妊娠的头、中、末三个月时,使用无菌的铂丝圈作阴道取样并接种子 Nickersons 培养基。如发现念珠菌感染,即开始治疗。每天使用一片(100毫克)克霉唑阴道片与克霉唑软膏,6天为一疗程。所有孕妇的丈夫也给予克霉唑软膏治疗。
To further investigate the incidence of vaginal candidiasis during pregnancy and to clarify whether Candida infections during pregnancy and clotrimazole treatment have any effect on the fetus, 246 pregnant women were observed throughout their pregnancy. During the first, middle and last trimester of pregnancy, sterile platinum wire loops are used for vaginal sampling and inoculation of Nickersons medium. Candida infection found, that is, treatment began. One day (100 mg) of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and clotrimazole ointment, 6 days for a course of treatment. All pregnant women also gave clotrimazole ointment.
