流式细胞仪(Flow Cytometer简称FCM)是一种能快速、定量测定单细胞体积及其生化成份、并行细胞分选的仪器。自1969年Van Dilla采用鞘流技术和使用激光作光源,制成了结构、功能均较完善的FCM,并使之商品化后,这种新型的定量细胞分析仪在基础和临床各科的应用日益广泛。国外从1976年始由Tridukait和Melamed分别将FCM用于膀胱肿瘤的研究。近年来随着细胞染色技术的发展及仪器设备的不断改善,FCM对膀胱肿瘤的研究工作进展甚为迅速。本文就FCM在膀胱肿瘤中的应用情况作一介绍。 一、FCM的基本结构和原理 1、激发光源:采用波长为488nm的氩离子激光
