本文简要综述近二年来在抑瘤基因,特别是p53基因,抑瘤基因与细胞周期调控关系方面的研究进展。种系细胞中抑瘤基因的杂合性丢失通常是肿瘤易感性的基础。最近发现肿瘤易感性的另一种分子基础,即错配基因的突变。文章还指出,我国南方高发的鼻咽癌中,Rb,p53基因,WAF1,MTS1,VHL等抑瘤基因均无缺失或突变,有待采用新的策略探讨鼻咽癌变和易感性的分子基础。
This article briefly reviews the research progress in tumor suppressor genes, especially p53 gene, tumor suppressor genes and cell cycle regulation in the past two years. Loss of heterozygous tumor suppressor genes in germline cells is often the basis of tumor susceptibility. Another molecular basis for the recent discovery of tumor susceptibility is the mutation of the mismatch gene. The article also pointed out that in the high incidence of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in southern China, Rb, p53 gene, WAF1, MTS1, VHL and other tumor suppressor genes have no deletions or mutations, and a new strategy is needed to explore the molecular basis of nasopharyngeal carcinogenesis and susceptibility.
