改革开放以来,济南市的乡镇企业发展迅猛,以连年翻番的速度发展,到1992年,乡镇企业的总产值由1984年的4.01亿元发展到204.33亿元。乡镇企业总数达11.6万个,其中乡村企业达10961个,乡镇企业职工人数达75.4万人,占全市农村劳力总数的42.6%。到1992年底,乡镇企业总产值占全市社会总产随的45.2%,到1993年8月底又上升到53.6%,稳居“半壁江山”。济南市乡镇企业向国家交纳税金达4.88亿元。出口创汇企业203家,出口
