为解决存在平移变换和旋转变换的2幅刚性医学图像的配准问题,结合图像信号傅里叶变换的平移特性和旋转特性,提出了一种基于频域与时域相结合的医学图像配准算法。该算法将旋转调整和平移调整分而治之,首先以图像信号的幅度谱互相关确定旋转参数,再以图像的时域体素互相关确定平移参数。将该算法用于对核医学图像配准及多模态医学图像配准实验,结果表明该算法是一种速度快、精度高、鲁棒性好的医学图像配准方法。
针对超二次曲面部件级关系特征抽取存在误差,以及在超二次曲面属性描述不具备唯一性条件下的部件级目标识别问题,利用最小结构误差关系匹配,结合部件特征属性约束的方法来对目标物体进行高效准确的识别;同时利用部件间相对姿态,设计了一种综合部件属性、关系属性和结构误差的最小误差评估函数,通过剪枝的解释树搜索,有效地实现了多物体场景下的目标物体识别。
