二十世纪八十年代以前,我国的坝基防渗技术比较落后,施工方法比较单一,大多数采用传统粘土铺盖、灌浆、粘土截水槽等相关措施。改革开放以来,通过大量的科学实验以及工程实践,我国的水工防渗加固技术发展很快,施工方法、施工设备得到不断改进,施工效率得到了不断的提高,近年来我国的防渗墙施工水平也已经达到了国际先进水平。
