目的评价植物杀螺剂4%螺威粉剂(TDS)在汉川市湖沼型现场的灭螺效果。方法选择5条有螺沟渠和一片有螺河滩分别进行浸杀试验和喷洒试验,比较不同剂量TDS、50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐(WPN)和26%四聚杀螺胺悬浮剂(MN SC)在不同时间的现场杀螺效果。结果浸杀试验72 h后,2.5 g/m3和3.0 g/m3TDS组、2.0 g/m3WPN组、2.0 g/m3MNSC组钉螺死亡率依次为99.33%、100%、100%和100%,各施药组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。喷洒试验15 d后,3.0 g/m2和5.0g/m2TDS组、2.0 g/m2WPN组、2.0 g/m2MNSC组钉螺死亡率分别为86.10%、90.26%、87.45%、91.86%,5.0 g/m2TDS组与MN SC组、3.0 g/m2TDS组与WPN组差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论TDS的现场灭螺效果与WPN和MNSC相当,在现场灭螺中以浸杀法2.5 g/m3、喷洒法5.0 g/m2的推荐剂量较为合理。
Objective To evaluate the effect of molluscicide 4% threading powder (TDS) on molluscicides in the lakeshore of Hanchuan City. Methods Five immersion tests and spray tests were conducted on five spiral channels and one spiral spiral flood beach.
