由于雅石创作关键在于如何运用不以人们意志为转移的原石自然条件因素,因而“活用”二字显得尤为重要。在我们长期形成的固有思维模式和评判标准中,有些看似不足甚或是缺陷的条件因素,只要我们能灵活地加以运用,就有可能创作出优秀的雅石作品。眼前的雅石作品一看就觉得顺理成章,可是当我们面对这一原石的时候,是否会觉得该石体形态仍有欠缺?或是否能想到这一立意方向呢?
