铍与铍的化合物有毒性.在环境水样分析中,要求分析方法能测定含量低达0.2微克/升的铍.本法采用铍试剂Ⅲ与铍络合,活性炭粉吸附其络合物,盐酸洗提以富集水中痕量铍,并利用铍与铍试剂Ⅲ的络合物在NH_4Cl-NH_4OH体系中能产生相当灵敏的极谱吸附波的特性,可测定水样中低达0.02微克/升的铍,以满足环境水样分析要求.
