为探讨沙滩排球训练对运动员膝、踝关节肌群肌力的影响，沙滩排球训练周期前后，对我国１２名兼职沙滩女排运动员的膝、踝关节肌群进行了ＢＩＯＤＥＸ肌力测试。结果表明，沙滩训练后，膝关节屈肌群快肌纤维的爆发力，伸肌群快肌纤维的最大肌力和爆发力，踝关节跖肌群慢、快肌纤维的最大肌力和爆发力增长有显著性意义。这是沙滩训练后原地纵跳成绩提高的重要肌力原因。
In order to explore the effect of beach volleyball training on athlete’s knee and ankle muscles, BIODEX muscle strength test was performed on the muscle of knee and ankle of 12 part-time beach volleyball athletes before and after the beach volleyball training cycle. The results showed that after beach training, the explosive force of fast muscle fibers in flexor muscles of knee joint, the maximal muscle strength and explosive force of fast muscle fibers in extensor muscles, the plantar muscle mass of ankle joints were slow, and the maximal muscle strength and explosive force of fast muscle fibers were significantly increased. This is an important reason for muscle strength to improve the performance of on-the-spot jump after beach training.
