应用枸橼酸-LSAB-微波免疫组化法,检测c-myc癌基因蛋白在喉癌、边缘区及癌旁0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0cm处粘膜和4例正常喉粘膜中的表达。结果:c-myc蛋白在限癌组织中的阳性表达率为96.7%(29/30),与正常组织相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01);在癌旁2.0cm处与1.5cm以内组织的表达存在着显著性差异(P<0.05)。c-myc表达依正常粘膜→癌务组织→癌呈逐步递增趋势。c-myC表达与病理分级、肿瘤部位及临床分期均无统计学相关性。提示:c-myc癌基因过度表达与喉癌的发生有关,且在喉癌发生中可能为一早期事件,距肿瘤一定范围的癌周组织可能具有潜在恶性。
The expression of c-myc oncogene protein in mucosa of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 cm in laryngeal carcinoma, marginal zone and adjacent tissues was detected by citric acid-LSAB-microwave immunohistochemical method and 4 normal Expression in the throat mucosa. Results: The positive rate of c-myc protein in cancer-limited tissues was 96.7% (29/30), which was significantly different from that in normal tissues (P <0.01) There was a significant difference between the tissues and the tissues within 1.5cm (P <0.05). According to normal mucosa → cancerous tissue → cancer, c-myc expression gradually increased. There was no significant correlation between c-myC expression and pathological grade, tumor location and clinical stage. It is suggested that overexpression of c-myc gene is associated with the occurrence of laryngeal carcinoma and may be an early event in the development of laryngeal carcinoma. It may be potentially malignant from a certain range of peritumoral tissues.
