创新是企业能否可持续发展的关键。创新来源于企业一线职工的兢兢业业和刻苦钻研。要提高企业的创新能力,就必须提高企业职工的创新能力。要想提高职工的创新能力,就必须努力培养创新领军人物,充分发挥他们的模范领导作用,让创新成为企业的文化,深深地印刻在每一位职工的心中。因此,企业要建立健全各种创新机制,营造良好的创新氛围,激发员工创新积极性,让职工有效地参与到企业创新活动中去。
