目的:探究细节管理融入消毒供应中心护理管理中的效果。方法:随机选取我院13名消毒供应中心工作人员为研究对象,设立对照组及观察组;比较两组人员的工作满意度与工作质量。结果:对照组的满意度、服务意识、错误防范意识等项目评分明显低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将细节管理融入消毒供应中心质量管理中,可明显提高工作理质量,工作满意度也有明显提升,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of detail management in the nursing management of disinfection supply centers. Methods: We randomly selected 13 disinfection supply center staff in our hospital as the research object, set up the control group and the observation group; compared the job satisfaction and quality of the two groups. Results: The scores of satisfaction, service awareness and error prevention in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The integration of detail management into the quality management of disinfection supply center can significantly improve the quality of work and job satisfaction, which is also worthy of clinical promotion and application.
