压缩破坏实验表明,模数相同的硅酸钠复合材料的强度在24h后下降较快;添加有机盐和NaOH/呋喃醇相互作用物可提高材料的强度,加入游离碱可以增强有机盐的改性效果。实验还检验了加入各种改性剂和以SiO_2或ZrSiO_4填料为基料的复合材料经热固化或CO_2固化后的强度,并确定了气体硅酸盐在固化土壤和耐火材料方面的用途。
Compression failure experiments show that the strength of sodium silicate composites with the same modulus decreases rapidly after 24 h; addition of organic salts and NaOH / furan alcohol interaction materials can increase the strength of the material; adding the free base can enhance the modification of organic salts effect. The experiment also tested the strength of composite materials added with various modifiers and based on SiO_2 or ZrSiO_4 filler after heat curing or CO_2 curing, and determined the application of gas silicate in curing soil and refractory materials.
