“南风”徐徐送来暖暖诗意,犹如春天温润的手指轻抚青少年幼小心灵,相比寒冷的“北风”更能调动初中生管理班级、构建良好教学秩序的积极性,这便是“南风效应”的体现。初中生是一群朝气蓬勃的青少年,他们思想和意识处于半成熟状态,青春期叛逆心理较为明显,在教学和管理方法的实施上教师应当遵循科学、辩证的原则。而“南风效应”无疑是最为恰当有效的途径之一。
“Nanfeng” slowly sends warm poetry. It is like spring fingers stroking young and young hearts. Compared with the cold “Norther”, it can mobilize the enthusiasm of junior high school students to manage their classes and build a good teaching order. This is the embodiment of the “Southern Wind Effect”. Junior high school students are a group of young people who are full of vigor and vitality. Their thoughts and consciousness are in a semi-mature state. Adolescent rebelliousness is more obvious. Teachers should follow the principles of science and dialectics in the implementation of teaching and management methods. The “Southern Wind Effect” is undoubtedly one of the most appropriate and effective ways.
